All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, limited batch production, and select made-to-order merchandise, SOMSAUCE does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including product descriptions, sizing information, ingredients, estimated shipping timelines, and batch release details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • Your order arrives physically damaged during transit
  • You receive a completely different item from what was ordered

Sizing issues, personal preference, buyer’s remorse, misunderstanding of product details, or failure to review product descriptions do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

For example, oversized or drop-shoulder garment sizing that is disclosed in the product description is not considered an incorrect item.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@somsauce.com.

Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the issue and packaging

If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Food Products

For food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned or refunded.

Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Gift cards, limited releases, preorder items, and sale items are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers located in the European Union, certain rights may apply under local consumer protection laws.

However, under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, perishable goods and sealed food products that have been opened after delivery are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
