Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with SOMSAUCE.


Order Processing

Sauce orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Sauce Shipping

Most sauce orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Up to 4 bottles ship in one USPS Priority Mail bubble mailer.
  • Orders of 5–6 bottles may ship in multiple packages.

All bottles are individually bubble wrapped and securely double-packed using protective mailers to help prevent damage during transit.


Merch Shipping & Batch Releases

Some merchandise releases are offered as pre-orders and produced in limited batches.

Certain releases may require a minimum preorder threshold to be reached before production begins. Once the batch threshold is met, items are produced, prepared, and may also go through a ceremonial blessing process before fulfillment.

Because of this process, merch orders may have longer timelines than standard retail shipping.

Estimated timelines for preorder or batch-release merch are communicated on the product page at the time of purchase whenever possible.

Merch orders may also ship separately from sauce orders and may have different delivery timelines.


Delivery Estimates

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–3 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, production timelines, preorder windows, or carrier delays.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.


Shipping Delays

SOMSAUCE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, holidays, production timelines, preorder thresholds, ceremonial preparation processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to be reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@somsauce.com as soon as possible so we can assist.

Claims may require photos, order details, or carrier confirmation and must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
